General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.

Your symptoms indicate a possible inguinal hernia.
An abscess needs to be ruled out.

-any history of injury to the area?
-any surgeries in the past?
-what do you do for a living?
-Have you lifted anything heavy recently?
-do you smoke or consume alcohol?
-any other medical issues (diabetes, for instance)?
-do you take any medications?

I recommend :
-an immediate physician /urologist /general surgeon consult
-do not lift anything heavy or wear tight clothing.
-avoid any activity that puts pressure on your abdomen.
-ultrasound of the affected area. An MRI may be needed if a more detailed imaging is required.
-blood tests (complete blood count, Erythrocyte sedimentation rate, clotting parameters, kidney and liver function tests)

Based on this a treatment plan will be initiated.
Hope this helps and you feel better.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
