Your symptoms sound serious and should they recur you should urgently visit a doctor. According to the information supplied it seems as if you were experiencing symptoms of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). You should eat reguarly and do not over exert yourself in the gym when exercising. However, other conditions to consider would be a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack). A TIA lasts less than 24 hours and could indicate that a stroke will soon follow. I would recommend you visit your local doctor for a medical checkup.
