hi my name is phillipa, iv been a meth addict most my life for 19 years im now 35years old, i had regular periods but im 7 months clean and in recovery and want to get pregnant but for 7 months iv had no period at all!, i lapsed last night and i woke up this morning with my period??? what does this mean?

i think u r nearing ur menopausal period ... anyways i would suggest you to go for an ultrasound and probably a pap smear ... if at all you to become pregnant you need to check ur hormonal assay and check for ovarian reserve which is important to know whether u can become pregnant
