General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I have read & understood your concern.
The pain in inner side of thigh after abortion seems to be due to stretching of femoral nerve due to the lithetomy position given at the time of MTP/ curettage.
Mostly it will be temporary sign , if it has occurred recently. Treatment with rest/ anti inflammatory drugs/ Vitamin B12 / few physiotherapy exercises would help.
Thanks.
