What Causes Sudden Pop Up Of Tender Lump On Leg?
I had a sudden, tender lump pop up on my leg. I only noticed because I rubbed my leg (just above my knee) and felt something hard and raised up. I looked at my leg and there was little to no color, so I didn t think it was a bruise. But today, it has gone down and it now has color to it. I don t recall falling/bumping it or anything. What does it sound like?

It can be a bakers cyst so it should be reviewed by an orthopedic surgeon and get ultrasound of the swelling. It can be bruise or local tissue inflammation. Treatment should be based on the cause.
