General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are suffering from sudden onset of dizziness and panic attacks. Dizziness commonly occur due to dehydration, depletion of sodium-potassium in the electrolyte system of the body. Hypoglycemia and low blood pressure (hypotension) are other cause of dizziness. Make sure your vitals are normal. You should take adequate water and fluids and never skip meals.

Avoid taking spicy oily food, trans fat, full fat dairy products, refined flour, processed or packaged food. You should get yourself clinically examined by an ENT, to detect vertigo or any other middle ear ailment that could be causing you symptoms. You will be treated accordingly. If required you may have to get a complete medical check up done so that treatment can be started at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
