What Causes Sudden Numbness Of Arms?

I was just having a late lunch at a restaurant. I had two cups of coffee this morning and a couple of pcs of celery w/ peanut butter on them. I was drinking my lemonade when both arms from my biceps down to my hands went numb. I had pain in my chest and back and felt faint. It seemed to last a minute or so.

This could be syncope, and the reason for this are many like this could be due to Hypoglycemia, orthostatic hypotension, some cerebral pathology, may be epilepsy, and to differentiate this or to rule out these CT brain is must and, if nothing is comes out then this is nothing to worry, hypoglycemia may be the cause then, hope this information helps, take care.
