What Causes Sudden Low Blood Pressure With Tiredness And Fatigue?

GOOD EVENING, I AM 41 YR OLD AFRICAN AMERICAN. I HAVE SARCOID AND HIGH BP. MY BP HAS BECOME VERY LOW THIS WEEKEND. I HAVE BEEN FEELING TIRED AND VERY FATIGUE. MY BP HAS BEEN 98/50 WITH A PULSE AS LOW AS 50'S. I am very sedentary. This has me concerned.

Sometimes this can be normal bp for some individuals, but since you had symptoms we need to run some tests to find out the cause.
You should undergo serum electrolytes like sodium, potassium, Sr cortisol, blood sugar and one endocrine consult if cortisol is on lower side. Also, one echo is needed to look for heart function.
You should monitor your bp, and have salt and sugar water if bp is low.
