Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder (thyroid gland dysfunction, chronic anemia etc. I would like to directly review your Holter and echo report if you can upload it on this site as a direct question to me.

I would also advice performing some blood lab tests (complete blood count for anemia, thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction, blood electrolytes).

Hope you will find this answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
