What Causes Sudden Heart Attack?

HELLO
A week ago today I was in a casino playing a slot machine when I, (according to the surveillance video, had a pained look on my face and just keeled over) the security people started cpr and used a defibrillator on me and shocked me five times.
All I remember is parts of riding in an ambulance being taken to the hospital and put in the I.C.U. where I was hooked up with all kinds of IVs. The cardiologist couldn't find any thing wrong and said I had a normal heart with only a 10 percent blockage in on of the arteries
I was released the next day . I saw my family doctor two days later, and he couldn't find anything either.
I am a 66 year old man in great health. I walk up to 10 miles a day and have never had a heart problem before.
I am 6"1" and weigh 166 lbs.
I guess my question to you, is wouldn't something show up on one of the tests they did on me indicating that there was something going on with my heart?
I am a non smoker and very light drinker ( maybe a glass of wine a week).
Thank you

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern I would explain that facing your clinical scenario and medical conclusions after getting to the hospital, possibly you may have experienced any cardiac arrhythmia when playng in that casino, and after having that prompt bystander"s intervention no any evidence of heart damage has remained.
If a damage or other disorder would be present to your heart, then clinical exams ( ECG, cardiac ulltrasound, lab tests comprising cardiac enzymes, and even coronary angiograms) would reveal any anomalies.
Another option may be any neurological involvements like syncope or epilepsy, etc a reasonable explanation for your situation. In that case a neurologist visit with physical inspection and possibly additional recommended tests may be of help.
If you need a more specific opinion please upload your medical test conclusion.
Hope to have been helpful.
Greetings! Dr. Iliri
