General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Syncope, is what you have described. Cardiac workup for your daughter is required. A baseline EKG, echocardiogram and if required 24 hour Holter monitoring may also be needed. If it's an isolated episode of hypotension or vasovagal syncope, then watchful waiting and monitoring the vitals would be the way to go. Baseline metabolic panel and CBC should be done in any case.

Wishing you best of health.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
