What Causes Sudden Drop In Sugar Levels?

Hi I am 57 yrs old and have diabetese for 25 yrs. i have a typical which is delayed insulism extended gtt in 6th hour show 45 sugar suddenly at arround 7pm sugar drops from 250 to 60 without any medicine arround that time. stomoch bloats the same time

Hi, the answer depends on what drugs and doses you are presently using.
It could be related to long acting drugs you might be using. Change of drugs or insulin dose adjustment might just solve your problem.
