Hi..
Thanks for the query..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain excessive sensitivity to taste and tasting flavors too high can be due to Vitamin B12 and Zinc deficiency, Inflammation of tongue papillae that contains taste buds, nerve function distribution etc.
Dry mouth and inflamed tongue can also be a cause..

You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like blood test, oral swab culture etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.

You should take Vitamin B complex and Zinc supplements and chew sugar free chewing gum as it stimulate saliva flow..
Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy food..
Do warm saline gargles..
Avoid spicy and sour foods and suck ice lollies..

Hope this information helps.

Thanks and regards.
