What Causes Strange Sensations In The Lower Limbs During Masturbation?

I mastrubute twice a day and i am doning this frm past 4 years and inow i am 20 feel like my lower libs nervers get pulled during ejauclation do i face any serious problems afrter marriage in sperm count or motility and other issues does it makes me sterile.

I understand your concern.
Masturbation is a normal healthy physiological act. It does not cause any health related problems like weakness or fertility related problems like infertility or impotence.
However, the frequency in which you are performing it seems to be more. During ejaculation, some of them feel sensations in perineum and lower limbs as these muscles are also involved indirectly by means of contractions.
Kindly reduce the frequency by performing it only once or twice a week, as desired. Be confident in life and nothing adverse is going to happen.
