What Causes Stomachache And Excessive Salivation?

My stomach is always hurting whenever im hungry and full. I spit a lot of saliva. I also missed my period for 2 months. I always feel tired. I also have nausea. And my stomach is always bloated and aching. Every nighy I vomit once and sometimes twice. I also vomit when im full.

In most cases this is caused by gastritis,gerd or hiatal hernia. So you need to do gastroscopy to rule this out and have easier diet by that.
