Hello,

Chronic pain abdomen and loose stools may be due to:
1. Malabsorption syndromes
2. Inflammatory bowel disease
3. Irritable bowel syndrome
4. Food intolerance etcetera

Loss of cycle may be due to anemia, hypothyroidism, and pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) et cetera. Avoid spicy food and fatty food. Use tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
