What Causes Stomach Distention With Shortness Of Breath And Chest Pain?
I have severe stomac distention for wich i have had many test with no diagnosis. my symptoms are shortness of breath, chest pain, difficulty swallowing, extreme fatigue, intermittent shock sensations in my face and bone pain. Inow have difficulty passing urine and some bowel incontinence. I am sceduled for esophagus dilation next october, scheduled to have a suspicious lump on my left breast and waitng for an appointment to see a specialist to have them look at a new and growing blackspot with reddish outside border on the sole of my foot, can these symptoms be connected. Iam a 42 year old mother of 2 weighinig 120 and 5'5 tall

I really appreciate your concern as you stated symptoms here and it is all the investigation done but nothing positive comes out, then what ever the symptoms you are having could be nonspecific, now for the abdomen distension it could be central obesity.
For other symptoms I could say that it must be anxiety and depression that causes such symptoms.
Esophagus dilatation and suspected lump in breast may not be related even the lesion of foot is not connected these all are the separated conditions, just try to come out of the stress and stop worrying everything will be fine.
