Noted the history of stomach getting huge on eating or drinking something, have cysts on pancreas and kidneys also have Crohn s disease, Celiac disease, diverticulosis and multiple stents in chest and leg, wants to know whether coming from pancreas. The history of eating or drinking causing bulging of abdomen indicates that you have an obstruction in the outlet of stomach called pylorus or in the intestines somewhere. This can be diagnosed by Barium studies for stomach and intestines, upper GI Endoscopy. If the cause is gastroparesis or such medical, please take proper medication. IF the cause is surgical, you will need a corrective surgery.
