Hi,
The pain in the pelvic region, especially if you are pregnant for the first time, is due to the laxity of joints in the pelvis that happens at this stage as a preparation for the ensuing labor process. This is also the possible reason for the pain in the vagina. Please take as much rest as possible and try to avoid painful manoeuvres. Perhaps your doctor suspected a threatened preterm labor and thus gave terbutaline. Try to rest in left lateral position. Your baby is mature by 37 weeks and can be delivered any time after that without any harm. Wish you safe motherhood.
