What Causes Stomach Bloating, Nausea And Constipation?
I m concerned as my stomach keeps getting bigger, but I ve taken two pregnancy tests and both were negative. I m constantly feeling exhausted and sometimes can barely keep my eyes open. I m also nauseous sometimes and constipated at times. What could be going on?

I recommend to do a Beta HCG blood test for further evaluation to exclude pregnancy. Other possible causes can be bloating or food intolerance. I also recommend to do an abdominal ultrasound.
