Hi,

Pain and stinging sensation in the breast can have various causes. However, in your case, it may be related to your history of radical hysterectomy. After a radical hysterectomy, some women may experience hormonal changes that can affect the breast tissue which could cause discomfort and breast pain.

Other possible causes of breast pain include:
* Fibrocystic breast changes: This is a common condition where the breast tissue becomes more lumpy and dense, causing discomfort and pain.
* Breast infection: Infections in the breast tissue, such as mastitis, can cause pain and tenderness.
* Breast trauma: Any injury or trauma to the breast can cause pain and tenderness.
* Breast cancer: While breast cancer is less common in women who have had a hysterectomy, it is still a possibility.

It is important to have your symptoms evaluated by a healthcare professional, who can perform a physical examination, order imaging studies, and recommend the appropriate treatment. They may also refer you to a breast specialist or gynecologist for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
