I have been having a really stiff neck and shoulders, causing. Pain and headaches. And I have also been having sounds in my head. Started in the morning but now happens throughout the day. I notice it more when it is quiet. It sounds like outside electrical lines along with some other noises that remind me of spooky movies. What can be causing it? I did have surgery on my neck about 2 years ago due to 4 bad disks (I have degenerative disk disease) so the movement in my neck is not good, but this just started and it is very very stiff and painful. It has been for about 2 months and the noises in my head have only been for about a week.
