General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Stiff neck is commonly indicative of cervical spondylosis. Poor posture, muscle strain, slipped disc. He should get clinically examined and get Imaging (CT, MRI, X-ray) tests done. Since he is having bone pain and also night sweats, it may be indicative of some serious medical condition.

He has history of bowel cancer (both parental sides) and is presently experiencing leaking of bowel, he is suggested to get a complete medical check up done. Get all required tests, investigations and imaging tests done to detect the pathology so that the treatment can be started at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
