I see a feathery star in each eye sometimes during exersise. the star looks like victoria cross medal tilted 45degrees. the star/cross is right in the middle of my vision and each eye looks different. Usualy can only see them when looking at a blank surface or the sky and will be more visible when blinking. Is this something I should see my doctor about or is it likely to be just migraine type symptoms, I do get migraines occasionaly but have only had visual effects with them once - a lightning like line starting in the middle of my vision and extending to the periffery in a loose spiral. The stars/cross never leads to a migrain headach and goes away if I ease up on the work rate when exersising.
