What Causes Stabbing Feeling In Temple And Lower Lip Twitching?

I am a 42 year old male who suffers from migraine headaches. I saw a Nuerologist 2 years ago who presribed treximet. I take a couple a month and just try to live with the headaches. Today I have a stabbing feeling in my left temple and for a couple of days, my lower lip has been twitching. Any ideas?

Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

I went through the history you have provided here.

It seems from the history that you are having stabbing pain in the temple associated with twitching. These symptoms can be because of migraine.
Twitching can be seen as a part of prodromal phase of migraine.
Hence you need to consult your neurologist and you need to continue the prescribed drugs as taking the tablets for only 2 months will not be of help.

Do consult your neurologist doctor for examination and prescription of drugs.
Do write back to me for further questions and I will be happy to answer.

Thank you for writing to us on Health care magic.
