hi,i am married for last 6 yrs and i have a baby girl of 4 yrs...the problem here is i had a miscarrage last year nov. and now iam planning again for the second child but iam not able to...my periods are regular but i have only spotting onthe first day every month which creates confusion for me

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first m Do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. If everything is fine, you can try naturally for 6 months before undergoing any fertility treatment. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chances of your pregnancy. Hope I have answered your question.
