Any bleeding even in form of spotting or altered blood from the vagina during early pregnancy is termed as threatened abortion unless proved otherwise. It is likely that following oral stimulation and uterine contraction during orgasm there may have been some placental separation which caused the bleeding.
It is important that you should get an ultrasound pelvis especially a transvaginal ultrasound to rule out any placental separation and retroplacental clot formation and an ongoing bleed and also to check foetal well being. If the foetal heart rate is normal then you would be advised to be on complete bed rest till bleeding stops and should be started on progesterone support till next 4 weeks. Please get the ultrasound done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
