What Causes Spotting And Nausea After Having Clomid?

So I m 24 y old have pcos I took clomid past 45 days ago I started my cycle on the 9/4/14 and I started spotting on 10/16/14. I m still spotting now 11/02/14 took pregnancy test 10/31/14 and came up negative. I have abdominal pain and nausea here and there.should I bee worried ?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Spotting is not related to clomid as it is not a side effect of clomiphene citrate .
It can be due to hormonal disturbances, some pathology in the uterus like fibroids or some local lesions in the cervix or vagina including cervical cancer.
I would suggest you to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile, ultrasound and pap smear and get treated accordingly.
