What Causes Spot On The Vagina With White Yellow Puss?

hi um ive had this spot on my vagina for quite a while around 5months and when i feel it it feels like its coming from inside me today i started squeezing it and white yellow puss came out i squeezed it a few more times and a grey clump of puss came out it really hurts and im getting a bit scared now..
