What Causes Sporadic Weakness In The Legs And Arms While Having High Blood Pressure And Ulcerated Colitis?

Was cleaning not hard work suddenly felt weak in legs and arms and bit dizzy, had to stop and sit down, got some nuts to eat. Have had this happen before and it seems to get better with food, i do have high blood pressure and ulcerated cholitis. I know I should see doctor but not sure why this comes on with no seemingly any reason...
