What Causes Sporadic Pain In The Testicles?

I have a pain that has come and gone in my testicle (Epididymitis) right or left side. Never both just one at a time and it can come and go. Sometimes it ones in a mouth and then 3 to 4 with nothing then bam again Also this started years ago after I got a vasectomy

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with pain at both side of your testis that wax and wean following a previous vasectomy I will suggest you have developed a condition called orchiditis (inflammation of the testis)

Possible causes of orchiditis are as follows
Chronic urinary tract infection
Trauma
Inflammatory disease
Metastatic tumor

In view of this please take the following Tablet nurofen
Ciprofloxacin
Multivitamin
