General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of spine-related problems like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression.

As first line management, you can take drugs like gabapentin for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated. You have to get an MRI scan for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
