What Causes Spinning Sensation And Heaviness In Head?

Iam 30yrs. I had spinning sensation 10 months ago and i consulted neurologist and he asked me to go for MRI scan and later he suggested tablets to reduce high blood pressure. But since 10 months i feel heaviness in head and lightheaded. I feel like i would faint. Please advice.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have high blood pressure and your symptoms are most probably due to increase blood pressure or may be due to some other cause.
You should consult your physician and check your blood pressure . If it is high then take treatment. and if it is normal then search for the other cause and take treatment accordingly.
