Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Speech problem may be due to laryngitis or vocal nodules or pharyngitis or denasal speech in nasal block etc. Consult your ENT specialist and get an indirect laryngoscopy done and he may come to know the problem. Get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
