What causes soreness in head and tingling in in scalp?
Hi, I hit the right side of my head 2 days ago during a bad fall. I was wanting to know if the symptoms I m feeling are normal. My head is sore, and I have a slight headache. I also feel like my scalp is tingling. I am having no problems with vision or speech, just nausea, and I feel not quite right.

I am quit empathetic to your bad fall and sequel of problems after that.
You have not told us your age so that the probable cause could be identified I suggest you to meet your primary care physician.
Just check out for any reddish discharge form nose.
In my patients with your kind of problem I generally suggest to go for X ray head and if required CAT scan of head region. It is to rule out any minor bleed in the head and therefore accordingly treatment of the same.
