What Causes Soreness And Tingling Feeling On Breast?

I noticed about 2 days ago I began to have a cool tingly feeling in both of my breast and soreness. Today a new symptom of discomfort and mild cramping in my abdomen began. The cool sensation and tightness are in my chest and abdomen. The tightness is directly in the middle of my chest. I seem to be breathing ok it just causes more discomfort when I take a deep breath. I have taken antacids which did help with some of the pressure and I began belching but the cool sensation, chest tightness and stomach cramps are still happening. Also I have a headache that comes and goes. I have noticed that I am somewhat constipated also. I am a 31 year old female in decent health other than asthma.

At the age of 31, you can take analgesics to get relief from soreness. You can also try home rremedy-apply hot packs on the area of pain. Now the most important thing is get a mammography done to rule out any cyst or tumour.
