What Causes Sore Throat And Yellow Spot On Tonsil?
My eight years old daughter had mild sore throat about a week ago . No fever and symptoms resolved . HER tonsills were not enlarged or congested but left tonsill is showing a yellow spot like a pus . IS it a infection? She was recently treated with cipro for Ecoli cystitis .could these spots are the side effect of cipro?. Waiting to hear. Naushad

After reading your clinical history it appears that your daughter having follicular tonsillitis .
It is not the side effect of cipro .
I would advice her
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily & Plenty of fluids .
Infection will be clear .
