Hi , Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum .

As per your clinical history it appears that your son having upper respiratory tract infection with laryngitis .

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you

Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily , Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Paracetamol + Ibuprofen combination for pain & fever after meal,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination at night &
antibiotic Ofloxacin + ornidazole combination (O2) after meal.
His voice will recover.
