Hi,
Throat pain, breathing difficulty or chest pain are the symptoms of upper respiratory infection or allergic asthma or allergic bronchitis etc.
If you have been tested and result came negative then you should take symptomatic treatment like bronchodilators ( steroids, alpha agonists, anticholinergics), anti-allergic ( antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers) with analgesics if there is pain.
You must take full course of antibiotics ( quinolones or macrolides preferred) for at least 5 to 7 days to prevent any super-infection.
Avoid cold water or drinks.
Take steam inhalation and steroid nebulizers regularly or till the infection subsides.
Avoid exposure of dust and consult pulmonologist for further advise.

Thanks.
