What Causes Sore Throat Along With Chest Congestion And Body Ache?
I think I have a virus. I had a sore throat the last 2 days. Then chest congestion with some coughing.Feeling achy. My normal temperature is 98.6 and Ijust went for a mile walk to see if I was feeling well enough to work tomorrow. I was really sweaty so I took my temperayure and it is 93.9. Should I be concerned.
Hello! I have been through your question. Related your concern I think that this is a viral situation (flu) and you shouldn't be concern. During this time you should drink a lot of water, hot tea, take some rest, use acetaminophen or ibuprofen for fever and aches, oral antiseptic, and anti tussive sir. Furthermore I suggest you to meet a doctor only if this situation last more than 4-5 days to exclude some complications.
I hope my answer helps you. I wish you a quick recovery.
