What Causes Sore Soles Of The Feet?

I just started having constant feet and ankle pains. I recently started taking medication for gout, but this is a different type of pain. This is more in the soles of my feet, and one ankle will hardly hinge back and forth. The soles are super sensitive, also.

Hi.....

You have problem of sore soles that may be because of continue wear and tear of ligament of feet.

Sole part of foot made up of planter fascia.Inflammation of planter fascia called planter fascitis .Planter fascitis cause pain on sole while standing or walking .
Wear a soft footwear.Physiotherapy is helpful for sore soles......

Calcaneus bone spurm cause ankle heel pain .That diagnose by x ray.

Bursitis because of repeatedly friction or pressure may cause painful sole of feet.

In tarsal tunnel syndrome tibia nerve compress that cause heel pain and pin and needle like sensation.
