What Causes Sore Bumps In Armpits?
4 days ago I noticed a sore bump under my left arm in the armpit. Then 2 days ago another bump appeared in the same armpit and 4 sore bumps came up in my right armpit. Both armpits are extremely sore. I have been tired a lot lately and I have had a headache a lot. I have not changed deodorants lately.

Within a short period you develop enlargement of lymph nodes in both armpits .
Also having tiredness , headache .
Enlargement of lymph node is known as lymphadenopathy ( if due to infection call as lymphadenitis ).
This is very difficult to say that what is the reason of enlargement of these lymph nodes without any physical , clinical examination and history of illness with all tests.
Lymphadenopathy may be caused by :
Infections ,
Immunologic disease,
Malignancies ,
Lipid storage diseases Uncertain etiology .
I recommend you consult a physician and get his opinion at earliest.

This sounds like Hidradenitis suppurativa, which is inflamed sweat glands in the area of the armpits, nevertheless please visit a doctor if there is puss accumulation in them removing it and proper antibiotics might help resolving the symptoms. other option is inflamed lymph nodes, that is why with your current description of the bumps its hard to judge their nature, which requires a physical examination.
