I had a cold late last week, sneezing, sore throat, coughing, that passed but i still have the sneezing and a little runny nose from time to time, but two days ago my stomach just under the rib cage started to hurt kinda like the feeling you get when you have not eaten anything or maybe too much which is what i thought since i had a big meal late the other night but little stool has come out, the next day i was still feeling bad so i went to a coffee shop and had a light snack and a coffee or two which made it worse, after i got some metamisal and had one dose at say 7pm and again at 11pm last night, this morning i still feel the pains in my stomach and i have not felt like the need to go to the washroom in 12 hours now, i feel like i am blocked above the lower stomach, any ideas on whats wrong with me. I am 30 years old white male, 6ft 229lb, i had testicular cancer a few years ago (5) i have been under some stress lately and poor sleeping.
