What Causes Sneezing And Running Nose Early In The Morning?

I HAVE SHIFTED FROM DELHI TO BANGALORE LAST 8 MONTHS BACK AND AT BANGALORE I AM DAILY FACING IN MORNING SUDDENNLY STARTED SNEEZING, WEEZING RUNNY NOSE ETC. MY EYES ARE ITCHY, BURNING, LIKE I AM REALLY UPEST WITH MY LIFE AND HERE MY ALL WORK ALSO AFFECTED AND ITS HEPPEN DAILY MORNNG DURING OFFICE TIME SO ITS AFTTECTING MY PROFF. LIFE ALSO. CAN U SUGGEST WHAT I DO, ANY SOLUTION OF THAT PROBLEM OR NOT?

As per your query you have symptoms of sneezing and running nose early in the morning which seems to be due to mainly upper respiratory tract infection. The symptom can also occur due to seasonal allergic reaction. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist once. Doctor may order certain test like nose or throat culture and test , blood test and chest X-ray to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other condition like viral infection. Get pulmonary function tests done as well to check extent of infection and start treatment accordingly. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , anti inflammatory and decongestants. You should take cough expectorants as well over the counter anti histamine like benadryl . Use mist humidifiers in room.
