After my last two swimming pool experiences, both in the same pool that were least two or three weeks apart, I have had small, slightly reddish bumps on the upper part of my scrotum and on the tip of my penis. The bumps on my scrotum stung the first time it happened, but not this time. This last time, the spot on the tip of my penis was very sensitive and hurt to rub against my boxers. Any idea what this is, or is it a reaction to the swimming pool? I've never had anything like this before.
