What Causes Small Red Circles On Both Forearms?

Hi I have a question about some small red circles on both forearm, a while back I sat in the park on top of a blanket after a while I felt it itchy so maybe a day or two after I notice some circles they don t itch and they are not dry they appear to get more red after being in the son once I m in doors they turn lighter I also notice a small circle on my back???? Can you help

Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed fungal infection.
Your description is suggestive of that.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
