What Causes Small Lumps On The Penis Shaft?

I am an uncircumcised 25 year old male. I just noticed two small lumps underneath of my foreskin, right about where the head meets the shaft. Not causing me any pain or discomfort, and I did not even realize it was there until just a few minutes ago when I was taking a shower. When you pull the skin back, you cannot see anything which tells me that whatever it is, it s not directly around the head of the shaft. I guess I am just curious as to what this could be.

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not it can be infection around penis causing lymph node enlargement. Also, check your blood sugar. If you had unprotected sex - need sexually transmitted disease panel of investigation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S. R. Raveendran, Sexologist
