What Causes Small Itchy White Spots On The Scrotum?
HI, I am having some small white spots on my scrotum and inner side of penis. Sometes,it itches. I went for a checkup and have been advised Novamox and Fusidic cream. I have been following medication for last 3 days but nothing much relief seems to happen. Kndly advise

Hello,
This itchy bumps on scrotum an in inner skin if the penis is possibly formed by candida, yeast infection. Taking antibiotic ointment as you did doesn't affect them.
You may need to take antifungal creams such Clotrimazole or Miconazole cream to apply over the skin.
