What Causes Small Cuts On The Foreskin After Having Intercourse?

Hi there. I am not circumcised and when ever i am going to have intercourse. My partner will sometimes pull my foreskin back to reveal the tip of the head and make my penis look bigger however this very painful for me and the sides of the tip of the foreskin rip in small cuts thay hurt but with no infection. Is this normal? I do not like my foreskin to be pushed back as it is painfull amd so just looking for opinions on my situation

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have partial Phimosis making your foreskin injured on attempting it to retract forcefully.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis.

If needed you may need to undergo surgery of Circumcision .

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure.
