General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it may be the lymph gland secondary to the infection some where in the vicinity.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, diclfenac , paracetamol, and ranitidine.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
